Heather Locklear, 56, was reportedly arrested after police responded to a call made from her brother at her home in Thousand Oaks, California. Heather’s brother claims to have witnessed Locklear and her boyfriend in an alleged physical altercation. Upon law enforcement arrival, Locklear allegedly became combative – reportedly flailing, kicking and struck three deputies, as reported by TMZ. She was then reportedly handcuffed and taken to the hospital for evaluation, where she is in the process of posting bail.
Locklear reportedly entered rehab in January 2017. It is unclear if her behavior is the result of drugs or alcohol.
