Fashion model Madison Martina has launched Kamari Swim, a new, sultry, and multi-functional swimwear line featuring a variety of swimsuit styles and coverups available in bold colors and tropical prints.

Developed, designed and solely funded by Martina, a 23-year-old fashion model based in Los Angeles, her focus with this new swimwear line was to create a collection that is equally sexy, confidence-boosting and happy. Kamari Swim’s first collection features five swimsuit designs, available in two tropical prints and three solid, vibrant colors, featuring an assortment of multi-functional designs including triangle tops, scoop tops, bandeau tops and cheeky bottoms.

Inspiration for the swimwear brand began at an early age for Martina. “Growing up in Florida, I practically lived in a swimsuit, which initiated my love for fashion and swimwear,” Martina said. “I always styled my Bratz dolls, but their tiny, limited wardrobes offered limited swimwear options. So as a kid, I grabbed paper, tape, and scissors and started creating my own swimsuit creations. You could say I haven’t looked back since.”

Kamari Swim’s first collection is inspired by the exclusive tropical Mexican destination that Martina chose to shoot the brand’s visual campaign. “Located in Jalisco, Mexico, we vacationed at a stunning and colorful resort called Casa Torre. I flew out there with my best friends and iconic photographer, Jesse Rambis, and we shot the swimwear collection’s first creative campaign there,” Martina said.

Kamari Swim’s mesh cut-out, sleeveless coverup dress and asymmetrical and criss-cross one-piece swimsuits are aiming to be the next hot wardrobe staple this summer. “Kamari swimwear is available in three bold colors and two tropical patterns–Nova (black), Limon (lime-green), Poppy (hot pink), Capri (pink tropical print) and Skye (blue tropical print) and can easily be mixed to compliment each other,” Madison continued.

Available for sale exclusively online at kamari.com , the brand offers a variety of sizes from X-Small to X-Large. In addition, Kamari Swim is donating 10 percent of all sales to Best Buddies, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). “Best Buddies is a charity organization that is near to my heart. Throughout high school and college, Best Buddies taught me about inner beauty, confidence and how to love every part of one’s self. It brings me great joy to give back to them in any way possible,” Martina said.

The brand’s swimsuits and coverups are made from soft-felt polyamide fabric at 86 percent polyamide and 14 percent elastane. “We used mixed materials to offer a complimentary fit for all body types. Kamari Swim products are for women who are brave, bold and not afraid to bare a little skin,” Martina continued.
